Bridge to Success, a social enterprise program of Heartland Human Care Services, was launched to enhance job training by delivering a missing but essential element to programs serving hard-to-employ men and women in the Chicago area by providing coaching coupled with high-end interview and work place appropriate clothing to build self-confidence through appearance, interview preparation and a sense of "belonging" at the workplace. 

Approximately 60% of all employment rejections are based on personal presentation, which includes dress and grooming. Bridge to Success doesn’t just a give a man or a woman clothing, it helps them with that essential accessory that goes with every outfit: self-confidence.  

Participants are served on a referral basis from Chicago area job-training programs and govenment entities.

We are unique!   Bridge to Success is the only program of its kind providing  both men and woman business/workplace appropriate clothing in the Chicago metropolitan area.

Heartland Human Care Services(HHCS), a company of Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights, provides essential services to stabilize individuals and families in crisis and move them to greater self-sufficiency.
